MEMBER MEETINGS:

Monthly Membership Meetings
3rd Wednesday of every month
 
Join us the last Thursday of every other month after lunch at the Monthly Members' Meeting. This is your Center and we need people from all walks of life taking time to share ideas, input and perspectives! With so many new programs and an ever-growing diverse membership, it is important that all voices are heard and believe us, your voice counts!
 
Consumer Advisory Board (CAB)
 
The BLC CAB (Consumer Advisory Board) is made up of interested BLC members, led by a staff member from the member services department. The CAB meets at least once every month. This group is responsible for reviewing member suggestions for programs and services and makes recommendations for membership policies and procedures to the BLC Board of Directors and staff. This board may also recommend actions on member infractions based on BLC policies.
 
Community Groups
 
Community Groups are formed by members of a particular population of the Center to support the development of fellowship, educational opportunities, social/peer support activities, and increase access to the Center's programs and services. Meetings are on a monthly basis and all members are always encouraged to participate.

Deaf Community Group: To be announced.

Gay Members Community Group: Meetings are held every Monday evening from 6:45pm - 8pm.

Latino American Dinner Meeting: To be announced.

Women's Community Group: Meetings are held every Thursday afternoon from 1:30pm - 2:30pm.
